Refund policy

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms on which you may make use of this website, www.mdesignegy.com (the “Site”) and on which you may purchase any goods (the ‘Goods’) from the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” on the Site are to M-Design, a company with registered company number 731-017-625.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require that the product is in original condition: unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. 

If you paid in cash on delivery, your refund will be in cash. If you paid through electronic means (credit or debit card), the amount will be refunded to your card. It may take up to 10 to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

1. REFUND (IF APPLICABLE) 

To apply the refund policy:

  • the product must be unused and in the same original condition as received,
  • it must be in the original packaging as well,
  • along with a copy of the invoice.

HOW TO PROCEED Please contact our customer service at (0552640985) or (0552641440) to schedule a pickup of the product by one of our shipping company employees for inspection and to ensure it has not been damaged.

NO REFUNDS will be issued until the item is received and inspected, which will occur within a maximum of 10 business days due to our collaboration with external shipping companies. NO REFUND will be issued if the products is damage by misuse.

       LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

  • If you have completed all these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at 01027004438 or support@mdesignegy.com.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Bank Transfer: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mdesignegy.com or on 01027004438.

2. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) WARRANTY

We only replace items if they are defective from

  • Delivery: If your product was damaged during delivery, you are eligible for a replacement. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • Production: If your product is missing parts or has defects from production, you may request a replacement. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • Order Issues: If the product received is different from what was ordered, you may request a replacement. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The exchange process will begin once the item is received and inspected, which may take up to 10 business days due to our collaboration with external shipping companies. In the case of a manufacturing defect:

  • the customer will receive free shipping and a free replacement part within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • NO FREE EXCHANGE will be issued if the products is damage by misuse.

MISUSE: If the damage to your product or a spare part is due to misuse, the customer will be responsible for both the cost of the replacement part and any associated shipping fees. Misuse refers to the improper or unintended use of a product that goes against the manufacturer’s guidelines or normal usage. This lead to damage that is not covered by warranty or exchange policies. Examples of misuse might include:

  • Using the product for a purpose it was not designed for.
  • Ignoring the manufacturer’s instructions for proper handling or maintenance.
  • Modifying or altering the product in a way not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Exposing the product to conditions beyond its intended environment, such as extreme heat, moisture, or force.

NO REFUND will be issued if the products is damage by misuse. NO FREE EXCHANGE will be issued if the products is damage by misuse.

 

    WARRANTY: Our warranties only apply to the end customer of our Goods purchasing directly from our Site or from one of our authorised distributors. No warranty will be passed on to a third-party purchaser where there is an unauthorised commercial or business resale of our Goods.

    Please note that we are a plastic company and our products are fragile.
