M-Design was founded in 2007 by British/Egyptian industrial designer Mark Marzouk. From the very first sketches on a piece of paper our mission was to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetic houseware products at affordable prices using the highest-quality, food-grade materials.

The brand has grown considerably and now M-Design has a family of over 60 employees.

At M-Design we primarily use plastic materials in our product range and we don’t produce any single-use or disposable products. All our designs are intended to last a very long time whilst remaining functional, reusable, and colourful. The longer a product lasts, the lower its environmental impact.

FOOTPRINT 

We are constantly researching and exploring new ways to reduce our carbon footprint, increase the product life of our products and ensure every aspect of our business is as sustainable as possible.

Our factory uses the most modern and efficient machines available, reducing the amount of electricity we use. We recycle waste material from the production of food-contact products like our plates and bowls into non-food-contact products like our clothes hangers and pegs, reducing the amount of material we consume.
